Biography: Hailing from the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide, Blind Envy is a hard-rock quintet made up of a talented cross-section of the Adelaide music community.
The band was first formed by bassist Lachlan and guitarists Tom and Michael in 2009 as Sophist, before beginning a year-long search culminating in drummer Stefan joining the band. By the beginning of 2010 another search was conducted for a vocalist with the right sound and lyrical ideas to complement the existing mixture of consistent rhythm and catchy melody in the band’s original material. With Jason on board with the band, they are now looking to enter the Adelaide music scene taking inspiration from many sources in order to leave their personal mark on the music scene.
