Biography: MATRIX is an AUSTRALIAN HIP HOP MC / 'Producer' from Elizabeth SA. Matrix was introduced to Rap music and Hip Hop culture in 1993, he started Freestying and writing lyrics in 2000 at the age of 16 and started beat production in 2004 as he felt his rhyming needed a personal touch and a beat that reflected his style. He is currently working on a new solo EP. Titled 'Mediocre...' and is due for completion in Dec 2008. MATRIX raps lyrics from the heart with real life subject matter, social commentary and expression. A true lover of the HIP HOP CULTURE in Australia and worldwide.

Achievements: In 2006 Matrix wrote, produced and recorded a 10 track solo demo, entitled 'Gods' Gift ' ( Non - Religious ). This was submitted to the 'HILLTOP HOODS Initiative' as an unfinished project and was well recieved by the 'Hoods and other industry judges, with feedback like, "Great lyrics and good beats...' and 'With a bit of work, could be a solid OZ hip hop record..." In April 2008 Matrix performed his first live show at the first ever 'Northern Elements' Hip Hop event at NSS.
